Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the company "KGS Space Technology"
On September 5, 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Belgrade between “GBP Defence d.o.o.” and the Kazakh state company A.O. National Company “KGS Space Technology”. The goal of the Memorandum is to establish a foundation for joint expansion of cooperation in the field of space activities. The Memorandum was signed on behalf of “GBP Defence d.o.o.” by its director, Budimir Gajić, and on behalf of “KGS Space Technology” by its executive director, Amanat Umbetbaev.
Meeting with the Minister of Digital Development and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On November 18, 2024, the director of “GBP Defence d.o.o.” held a meeting with the delegation of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, led by the Minister, Mr. Madiev Zhaslan Khasenovich.
The delegation from the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan included:
- Mr. Oralmaganbetov Baubek – Chairman of the Aerospace Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
- Mr. Umbetbaev Amanat – Executive Director of A.O. National Company “KCS Space Technology,”
- Mr. Nurguzhin Marat – Scientific Director of A.O. “National Center for Space Research and Technology.”
During the meeting, further directions and principles of cooperation in the field of the space industry were agreed upon between the relevant authorities of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and “GBP Defence d.o.o.”
Throughout the day, representatives of “GBP Defence d.o.o.” and the Kazakh delegation visited the EdePro company, the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the State Data Center in Kragujevac.
Additionally, a meeting was held with Mr. Žarko Milanović, Assistant Minister of Internal and External Trade.
